DONGFENG CARS MALAYSIA SNAP & WIN T&C

SECTION I: ORGANIZER AND CONTEST PERIOD 

1. The contest Snap & Win is open to all Malaysia citizens aged 18 and above except Central Auto Distributors Bhd employees, stockists, distributors, home dealers, their respective agents & family members and related partner agencies involved in this campaign. The Organizer reserves the right to request for proof of identity. 

2. The contest runs from 10th December 2024 to 31st March 2025. 

SECTION II: ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA & SUBMISSION OF ENTRIES 

3. Each social media post is entitled to 1 entry. Multiple entries from the same person are accepted but only 1 entry will be selected as winner. 

4. Participation methods are as per below: 

a. Snap and upload a picture or video with the Dongfeng BOX using hashtag #dongfengcarsmy& #testdrivewithdongfengcarsmalaysia

b. Follow @dongfengcarsmy on Facebook, Instagram & TikTok 

c. Tag three (3) friends in your caption 

d. Entries will be judged based on 

(A) Originality; 

(B) Creativity; and 

(C) Catchy 

(D) Memorable 

(E) Appropriate to the product and society. 

(F) Highest Likes or Comments, or Share

Judges' decisions are final, conclusive, and binding. No further appeal, enquiry and/or correspondence will be entertained. 

5. Contents of the contest will have to abide by these guidelines: 

a. Entries that are lewd, obscene, sexually explicit, pornographic, disparaging, defamatory, libelous, illegal, offensive, or otherwise contain inappropriate content or objectionable material should not be submitted and the Organizer reserves the right to remove/ignore or demand the Eligible Participant to remove such entry at any times in the Organizer's sole discretion. 

b. Entries must not contain or reference any names, products or services of any company or entity or any third-party trademarks, logo, trade dress or promotion of any brand, product, or services (other than the Organizer's). 

c. The Organizer reserves the right to forfeit the participation in the event that the Participant(s) do not comply with the Contest Rules & Regulations. 

d. Any uncontactable or false information provided will result in the immediate forfeiture of qualifications. 

6. Entries that violate any rules, gain an unfair advantage while participating in the Contest will be eliminated.

SECTION III: PRIZE FOR WINNER 

7. Apple iPhone 16  to be won by 1 winning name, shared by a maximum of 10 participants if they submitted the same name. 

SECTION IV: WINNER SELECTION AND ANNOUNCEMENT 

8. Voting poll for the winning name will be open until 31st March 2025. 

9. Winning name will be selected based on the above criteria and will be announced on the last date of month.

10. Winner's name will be announced, and winners need to send a DM to CADB/Dongfengcarsmy  for verification. Failure to contact us within a week of the winner announcement, CADB reserves the right to contact the next eligible winner. 

11. Winners will be required to verify their identity with the Organizer before any release of prize is made. 

12. By submitting, participants also give consent to the Organizer to publish all information related to their participation including and not limited to the participants' name, interview, comment excerpts or pictures, for current or future advertising and promotional purposes. 

SECTION V: RIGHTS OF THE ORGANIZER 

13. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate and/or suspend the prizes, without the need to provide any prior notice. 

14. The Organizer's decision on all matters relating to the Contest including the winners are final, conclusive, and binding. No correspondence will be entertained. The organizer reserves the right to shorten or extend the contest period without prior notice. 

15. By participating in the Contest, Participants are taken to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Contest Rules & Regulations, and accept that all decisions by the Organizer are final and binding. The Organizer reserves the right to change, amend, add or delete any of the Contest Rules & Regulations at any time without prior notice to the Participants and the Participants agree to be bound by such changes.
